Madhya Pradesh fair stampede killed nine
Mar 27th, 2008 | Category:Breaking News, Cities News, States NewsPolice on Thursday said that at least nine people were killed & seven injured in a stampede late Wednesday at a religious fair in Ashok Nagar in Madhya Pradesh.
The incident occurred at Janaki temple on the occasion of rang-panchami in the Sita Temple grounds situated in Kareela in Ashok Nagar district in western Madhya Pradesh.
The injured have been admitted to the district hospital.
