Madhu Srivastav the MLA of BJP from Baghodia, Gujarat has been arrested by Vadodara Police on Sunday & after an hour he released on bail. He was arrested under Arms Act in Vadodara.
He was caught in camera while firing gunshots in air during the Holi celebrations. A case was registered against Madhu Srivastav for celebrated Holi in a unique way by firing from his licensed revolver in the open air located near the Baroda Dairy on Makarpura Road in Vadodara on Saturday.

Mr. Srivastav, who is also the chairman of the dairy, took out a procession from his residence to the dairy. He rode on a horse. A large number of his supporters took part in the march.

Holding a sword, he acknowledged the greetings of the people & sprinkled colours on them.
