Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuck crowned King of Bhutan

Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuck has been crowned the new king of Bhutan. 28 years old was crowned as the kin by his father former king Jigme Singye Wangchuck at a colorful ceremony at the ropal palace in Thimpu, capital of Bhutan.
Bhutan’s new king Jigme Khesar Wangchuck was bestowed the title of Druck Gyalpo. Bhutan had held parliamentary elections earlier this year.
