Eight relief camps and five training camps of JuD in the Punjab province under PoK has been shut down. Six JuD publications, including weekly ‘Ghazwa’ has also been banned.

Malik admitted that JuD has links with other militant organization that are operation in other countries. He also said, “I assure you that we are very serious. We assure India and the international community of all help and support”

Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, in his address to parliament on Tuesday said material provided by India constituted information and not evidence.

“The Pakistani response is almost prepared after prolonged consultations here among the Foreign Office, interior ministry and other security agencies and it is being given a finishing touch,” a senior official (did not wanted to be named) told the pro-establishment The Nation daily.
