A Palestinian gunman opened fire inside a Jewish religious school in Jerusalem on Thursday in which eight people were killed & nine injured. An official said that the attacker walked through the seminary’s main gate & entered the library carrying an assault rifle & a pistol, where witnesses said some 80 people were gathered.

The official said that the attacker was shot dead by law enforcement officers. “An Israeli soldier was in the area & fired the attacker. Two police officers finished the job”, he added. The official said, “The whole building looked like a slaughterhouse. The floor was covered in blood”. The official said that an ID card had been found on the attacker’s body.
