Georgia Tech’s baseball Player Michael Hutts found dead

Michael Hutts a Geogia Tech’s baseball team member was found dead on Saturday (IST). University officials said pitcher Michael Hutts of Dunwoody, Ga was found dead in his off-campus apartment. Atlanta police & Georgia Tech police said they had not yet determined the cause of death.

Dan Radakovich, Georgia Tech athletic director, said he didn’t believe foul play was involved in the death of the 21-year-old Michael Hutts.

Dan Radakovich said, “From his teammates & everyone else, Michael Hutts was known to be a fine & outstanding person”.

Radakovich said in his statement, “The tragic news of Michael Hutts’ sudden passing can not be justified in words. Michael was an outstanding student-athlete, but more importantly an outstanding young man who had a deep impact on his teammates, coaches, classmates & the entire community. Our deepest heartfelt condolences go out to his parents & the entire Hutts family. Head baseball coach Danny Hall & his staff will work closely with our players during this very difficult time. It is important that we offer these young men all the support that they need”.
