Car Collision killed 1 in Butler
Apr 3rd, 2008 | Category:Breaking News, World NewsA vechile crashed in Monroe in Butler on Friday (IST). The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the vehicle crash in Monroe. An official of Police said that the Megan McCoy was driving with passenger Kyndra Caudell north on State Route 4 when she lost control of her vehicle at about 12:40 a.m.
The vehicle then exited the roadway & struck several parked cars at a local used car lot. McCoy was ejected from the vehicle & pronounced dead at the scene.
Caudell was treated for minor injuries at Middletown Atrium Hospital. The cause of the crash remains under investigation, but alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
