14-year-old girl accidentally shot in Butler
Apr 4th, 2008 | Category:Breaking News, World NewsAn employee accidently shot a teenage girl on Friday (IST). The 14-year-old girl was taken to the hospital after being shot in the leg in Sharonville in Butler.
A senior official of Police said an employee at Guardian Interlock was showing his AR15 assault rifle to some friends in the 3400 block of Hauck Road.
He said that the minutes later the gun went off, causing a bullet to go through the door of a Dodge Durango striking the girl in the leg.
Police said the girl was sitting in the front passenger seat of the vehicle. The girl was transported to Children’s Hospital. Her condition is critical.
Police took the employee into custody. Police isinvestigating the matter.
